High purity ceramic body for thyristor is made of 95% alumina, 97.5% alumina, or higher content. We have a selective forming processes to produce them according to customer's specific application, specific requirement, such as dry pressing, hot pressing, ISO pressing.
In common case, both molybdenum-manganese and Tungsten as a very popular metallizing paste are to be plated on certain surface of ceramic body meet the brazing usage between metal and ceramic, then covering with nickle plating, gold plating and so on.
The ceramic metallized body have a very good bonding strength with ideal airtightness at ceramic to metal jointing technology.
