Large-capacity internal mixers are available in Dalian

More than 20 large-scale tire manufacturers in China have recently gathered in Dalian Rubber Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd. to negotiate orders for the first internal mixer with a total volume of 650 liters in China with independent intellectual property rights.

The internal mixer is an indispensable key equipment for the production of tires and the production of various rubber products. At present, the largest capacity internal mixer used by domestic rubber tire companies is 370 liters. The rubber volume of the 650-liter mixer developed and manufactured by the company is equivalent to 1.6 times the mixing volume of the 370 litre mixer. It can directly save 20% for rubber tire companies and save 15% of energy. So far, only two companies in the world can produce large-capacity mixers.

Dalian Rubber & Plastic Co., Ltd. produced the first 250 litre internal mixer in China in 1955 and has been producing mixers for more than 50 years. In the process of R&D and production of mixers, technicians combined advanced foreign technology and accumulated years of process technology to form a series of “Made in China” mixers ranging from 250 liters to 650 liters in 10 specifications.

Internal rubber mixer mainly used for rubber molding and mixing of rubber, is a machine equipped with a pair of specific shapes and relative to the rotation of the rotor, adjustable temperature and pressure in the sealed state of the polymer material on the plastic and mixing of the mechanical, mainly composed of the mixing chamber, rotor, rotor seal device, feeding pressure material device, discharge device, transmission and chassis and other components.

This machine is suitable for EVA, rubber,synthetic rubber,hot melt and all kinds of chemistry raw material

to mix ,mediate and disperse, and then put into the mass production.

Hard tooth gear reducer with well-design structure, low noise, high efficiency and long service life. The mixing shaft is made of nickel & chrome alloy steel. The high abrasion part is additional welded with imported anti abrasion welding rod, then electroplating with hard chrome which is more durable.The main mixing chamber is whole set casting by high anti abrasion alloy steel, after special dealing then electroplating with hard chrome.The anti leakage unit of side wall is made of high-tech material which is wear-resisting and easy to maintain. [M" shape of the pressure gland which make the mixing more thorough and even.  The main motor ampere meter is installed in the electrical control panel, under normal running, when the pressure of the mixing chamber is too big, the current exceeds the set value, the connector will automatically adjust the gland`s up and down via the magnetic valve to remit the pressure of the mixing chamber. The mixing chamber is bigger, the diameter of the air cylinder is bigger and gear reducer is also bigger, which enhance the mixing effect,save mixing time and also save the cost.
